1. About us
This website, www.fruitifyae.com, is operated by Fruitify General Trading LLC (“Fruitify”, “we”, “us”), Shop 13, Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 3, Dubai, UAE. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Using our website
To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a contract under UAE law, or have permission from a parent or guardian. Please give us accurate details for yourself and the recipient. You may not use our website for anything unlawful, to submit false or offensive information, or to interfere with its security or operation.

3. Orders
Your order is confirmed once we’ve received payment and sent you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, a price was shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, we’ll refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are shown at checkout. We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Prices and offers may change without notice, but you’ll pay the price shown when you placed your order. Discount codes and promotions follow their own terms, have no cash value and may expire.

5. Our products
Our gifts are handmade with fresh, natural fruit and flowers, so size, colour, ripeness and arrangement may vary slightly from the photos. If a fruit or flower is out of season or unavailable, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value while keeping the overall look and quality of the gift.

6. Allergies and food safety
Some gifts contain chocolate, nuts, dairy or gluten, and our kitchen may handle these ingredients. If you or the recipient have an allergy, please contact us before ordering. Wash all fruit before eating, refrigerate it after delivery and enjoy it as soon as possible. Bouquets may include wooden skewers, wires, ribbons and decorations that are not edible. Remove these before eating and keep them away from young children.

7. Gift messages
Gift messages are free. You are responsible for what your message says. We may decline messages that are offensive or unlawful, and we’ll contact you if we do.

8. Delivery
We deliver within Dubai. Delivery dates, time slots and 90-minute express delivery are described in our Shipping Policy. We work hard to meet every delivery time, but traffic, weather, building access or very high demand can occasionally cause delays. Please give a correct address and a recipient phone number that will be answered. We are not responsible for failed or late deliveries caused by incorrect details or a recipient who can’t be reached.

9. Cancellations, problems and refunds
Cancellations, our Freshness Guarantee and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. In short, you can report any problem within 24 hours of delivery by sending photos. You can cancel for a full refund up to 2 hours before your delivery time.

10. Corporate and bulk orders
Corporate and bulk orders may need extra preparation time. Quantities, prices, branding, delivery and payment terms will be confirmed in a written quote, which applies alongside these Terms.

11. Our content and your content
All text, photos, designs and logos on this website belong to Fruitify or our licensors and may not be copied without our written permission. If you send us reviews, photos or feedback, you allow us to use them to run and promote our business.

12. Relationship with Shopify
Fruitify is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Fruitify. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Fruitify, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Fruitify.

13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as a missed occasion or lost profits.

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
