At Fruitify, we are committed to delivering your fresh fruit and other products quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders.
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed everyday.
- All orders placed before 12 PM will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Processing time may take 24 business Hours, depending on demand and availability of products.
Shipping Time:
- We offer standard shipping and express options based on your location.
- Delivery times are estimated at checkout but are subject to delays from shipping carriers, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and the selected shipping method.
- Free shipping is available on orders over a specific amount aed 50 or more, which will be indicated at checkout.
Delivery Locations:
- We currently ship to all areas within Dubai.
- For international shipments, please contact us hello@fruitifyae.com for more information on available destinations and shipping rates.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
- You can also track your order directly on our website by logging into your account.
Damaged or Missing Items:
- If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 24 business hours of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Please keep all packaging and photos of any damages for reference.
Change of Address:
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to make a change after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Delays:
- Occasionally, factors such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues may cause shipping delays. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates for reasons outside of our control.
