Our Freshness Guarantee

Every Fruitify gift is freshly prepared and checked before it leaves our store in Ras Al Khor, Dubai. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

If there’s a problem with your order

If your gift arrives damaged, not fresh, with an item missing, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the gift as it arrived.

How we’ll make it right

Once we’ve seen your photos, we’ll send a fresh replacement the same day wherever possible, or the next day if the issue is reported late in the day. If we can’t replace it, we’ll refund you for the affected items.

Cancellations and changes

You can cancel your order for a full refund up to 3 hours before your selected delivery time. Just contact us on WhatsApp or by phone.

Within 3 hours of delivery your gift is already being prepared, so it can’t be cancelled or refunded. Express (90-minute) orders are prepared straight away, so they can’t be cancelled once placed. We’ll always do our best to help with changes to the address, time or gift message.

Returns

Because our gifts are fresh food and flowers, we can’t accept returns of delivered items. If there’s a problem, our Freshness Guarantee above has you covered.

What isn’t covered

  • Delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number, or a recipient who can’t be reached.
  • Loss of freshness caused by heat, delayed collection or incorrect storage after delivery.
  • Small natural differences in fruit size, colour or arrangement, and seasonal substitutions of equal or greater value (see our Shipping Policy).
  • A change of mind after delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it on your statement.
